Solution. It's the most over-used word in our industry and in many others. We promise we'll try not to use it where it isn't warranted; you won't see any "lighting solutions" from us if all we're talking about is a bulb.
A solution must have a clear business problem or problems to solve. It's not just a product or a suite of products. IP Telephony is a product. Unified Communications is a product suite enabled by IP telephony that's looking for a problem to solve. UC is great and we've won awards for delivering it. But the solution is actually eWorking - a more holistic, all-embracing solution that starts with how you work and maps technology against how you want to work, not the other way around - that's the difference, and it's how we do it that makes us different.
Our solutions are designed to address the specific business challenges that you face. And the solution messages are in plain English with no techie-speak. That's our promise.
