Mark Brooks-Wadham

Managing Director

Mark is founder and managing director of Charterhouse Voice and Data Plc. He has over 20 years of experience in the office system and technology channel. In 1987, he started has first business, London Office Systems. After five successful years, Mark sold LOS and founded Charterhouse Voice and Data in 1993. When not working, Mark is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys performance cycling and climbing things that are high.

Simon Cornwell

Director

Simon's client-facing enthusiasm started early when he had his own fruit and veg stall at 16. When he was 18, he started selling office systems, marking his move into technology sales. At just 23, he co-founded Charterhouse, which he still owns and runs today. At weekends, Simon's time is dedicated to family and football. He's a season ticket holder at Chelsea and an FA qualified coach, coaching the youth team at his local football club.

David Bruen

Reprographics Technical Director

David joined CVD over ten years ago with a background of over 25 years experience in the technical service operation delivery field. He has been instrumental in setting the service strategy, standards and the service delivery system that has help Charterhouse become an organization with a strong balance on “high-tech with high-touch”. David is a keen sportsman who regularly participates in running events for charity.

David Bass

Head of Telecoms Development

David has been in the comms industry for more than 20 years, joining as a young man in 1988. He joined Charterhouse in 2005 and heads up our telecoms development, where he works with clients as our IP telephony and unified communications guru. In his spare time, David used to enjoy recreational procreation and he now has a family of 4 sons and a dog (which they bought). These days, he amuses himself by trying to beat his kids at Super Mario Kart (and failing).

Linton Braun

Head of Network Services

Linton started in the industry in 1987 as a telecoms engineer at BT. He joined Charterhouse in 2000 in project management and he now heads our fixed and mobile network services division. Linton claims to rival Sir Cliff Richard in the "Bachelor Boy" stakes and he's also a Gooner, being the proud owner of a season ticket at the Emirates.

Sanjiv Dembla

Finance Director

Sanjiv has a background in retail finance before diversifying into various sectors such as NHS, PWC, management accounting and travel & hospitality, the last of these including a stint at The Orient Express. He has been a chartered certified accountant since 2001, joining Charterhouse in 2004 as financial controller before rising to head of finance. A former sports secretary at college, Sanjiv remains a sports enthusiast, especially cricket and athletics.

Louis Khan

Head of Mobile Client Relationships

Louis has worked in the telecoms industry since 1996. He joined Charterhouse in 2006 in an operational capacity and he is now in responsible for mobile client relationships. The role ensures that Louis addresses the needs of current and potential clients, seeking the right solutions for business development, in terms of devices, tariffs and applications. Louis is a self confessed ‘ technophile’ and ‘family-man'.

Ricki Moss

Head of Network sales

Ricki is a Senior Sales Manager with 12 years of experience in the Finance, Property and Telecommunications sectors. He joined Charterhouse in 2009 to grow the Mobile Division before taking over the responsibility for Network Sales across our Voice & Data portfolio. He is an instrumental part of our management team and is passionate about developing the knowledge and skills of our sales and account management teams. Prior to his sales career, Ricki was an actor and has appeared in numerous television shows and West End plays. He is a self-confessed "foodie" and enjoys cooking, dining out and sampling real ale and wines from around the world.

Jamie Rose

Mobile Support Manager

Jamie has worked in the Mobile industry since 2006. He joined the Charterhouse Voice & Data team in 2010 as part of the Mobile Support Operation. He plays an integral part in addressing the needs of our current client base.

Mark Stephens

Head of Operations & Group Services

Mark started in telecoms in the Orwellian year of 1984. He joined Charterhouse in 2000 as a Senior Engineer and has risen to the post of Head of Operations & Group Services where he is responsible for delivering our ICT technical service portfolio. Mark is a regular extra in Bollywood films (FACT) and when he's not dressing up, he enjoys scuba diving and travel.

Nicola Mylan

Group Services Manager

Nicola joined the Charterhouse Voice & Data team in 2006. She began as a Project Manager with the business and has since worked her way up to Group Services Manager. She now looks after the Project Management department, Helpdesk and Telecoms, IT and Cabling engineers. Prior to working at CVD, she was at Easynet Ltd for 6 years.

Owain Walcroft

VNS Support Manager

Owain joined Charterhouse in 2007 after doing telecoms and IT support for a service office company for 4 years. In his spare time he’s a keen gig and festival goer and a season ticket holder at Crystal Palace football club (for his sins!).

Chantelle Mclaren-Smith

Sales Administration Manager

Originally from Zimbabwe, Chantelle moved to London in 2001 and joined Charterhouse in 2006 after working for a London telesales company, as an Office Manager, for 5 years. She joined CVD as an administrator and has managed to work her way up to senior management level in no time. When not working, she enjoys watching sport (particularly Formula 1). She loves to travel and would like to see more of the world.

Nicola Rowledge

Human Resources Manager

Nicola's career rooted its foundation in sales in the IT industry. Out of desire to see organisations see greater productivity through their people, she made the transition via professional recruitment at Michael Page, to the HR profession. She has developed a depth and breadth of HR knowledge and expertise to add to her business acumen through 7 years' experience in HR working in telecoms for O2 and a large utitlity Up North. She joins us in the Big Smoke to strengthen our employee engagement, tighten up on our approach to recruitment and develop our people to greater ability and achievement.

Nicola is fascinated by people and different cultures. She loves city breaks and claims London as one of her top 3 cities in the world (in contention with Paris and New York). She continues to discover the eateries of London and never says no to a curry. In between courses, she can be found in a London park with her beautiful dog.
