Project Management
Installations small and large require some level of professional project management. It is essential that we pre-plan any projects with our customers so that all parties understand their roles and we work to agreed timescales. Our projects team will work with you to design a schedule that meets your timeline requirements and makes sure that the job is resourced properly with the right equipment arriving in the right place at the right time.
Our Project Managers are PRINCE2 qualified and they work to ITIL service management best practices (just like all our support staff). You'll have one project manager throughout, but we know that it's not a one man show. So you'll have a senior engineer at every product meeting, supported by your commercial relationship manager and any other subject matter experts, plus our directors, that we need to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
