Our engineering services comprise installation and maintenance offerings. Proper equipment installation is an essential first stage of using any new technology solution. Likewise, ongoing maintenance support is mandatory for you to get the most out of your investment. We offer standard packages of maintenance as well as bespoke service level agreements should you have specific engineering needs.
So we install what we sell and we come and fix it when it breaks. That's what you expect, right? We'd like to hope that we go a bit further. If you need us to install at midnight on a Saturday, that's what we'll do. If you want us to make a preventative maintenance every month, we'll do that too. In short, we have standard offerings just like the rest, but we're flexible enough to tailor them, and our people, to match your own requirements.
